The Krystal View Ultra films are by far the most popular product we offer. They are a dual reflective film, which means the film is more reflective to the exterior vs. the interior. It is made of a high quality aluminum and nickel components. The lwer the number the darker the film and the more reflective and effective the film can be.
Harvest Bronze (Solar Bronze)
Harvest Bronze is a copper based product that has a deep bronze color that is very effiecient on any windows. This film too is more reflective as you go darker, but the reflectivity is similar to a penny.
How to choose?
The hardest choice you will have is what color to choose. We recommend you choose a film that matches the exterior of your home vs. the interior. You wouldn't want a brown window with a blue house.
The next choice will be shade and what benefit you are trying to solve. If it is privacy or glare, then darker the film is better. But if it is just for really good heat control without making the room dark we suggest a film that is medium to dark in color. If you are strictly looking for UV control then a light film will do just fine and provide great UV control and offer rather good heat control as well.
